株式会社PAAN(以下「当社」といいます)は、当社が運営するコーポレートサイト https://www.paan.co.jp(以下「本サイト」といいます)における個人情報および利用者情報の取扱いについて、個人情報の保護に関する法律(以下「個人情報保護法」といいます)その他の関係法令を遵守し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」といいます)を定めます。

第2条(適用範囲)

本ポリシーは、本サイト(当社が提供するアプリの認証メールから開く確認ページ /auth/ を含みます)における情報の取扱いに適用されます。

当社が提供する MENU-PAAN、RESTO-PAAN その他のサービス(以下「当社サービス」といいます)における情報の取扱いは、当社サービス共通の プライバシー・データポリシー(RESTO-PAAN においても 同一の文書を掲載しています)によります。

第3条(取得する情報)

当社は、本サイトの運営にあたり、次の情報を取得することがあります。

• お問い合わせフォームからご提供いただく情報: 氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ種別、お問い合わせ内容、添付画像(任意)、送信日時
• アクセスログ情報: 本サイトの配信事業者のサーバーに記録される IP アドレス、ブラウザ・端末の種類、アクセス日時、閲覧したページ、参照元(リファラ)等
• ブラウザに保存される情報: 言語設定、言語のご案内表示を閉じた記録、Cookie 等に関する同意状況(いずれも localStorage に保存されます)、およびオフライン表示のためのページ・画像のキャッシュ(Service Worker によるもの)。これらはお使いの端末内に保存され、当社のサーバーには送信されません。
• 確認ページ(/auth/)で取り扱う情報: 当社サービスの認証メールのリンクに含まれる確認用の文字列、およびパスワード再設定の際に入力される新しいパスワード。これらは当社サービスの認証基盤(Supabase)に直接送信され、本サイトのサーバーおよびお使いの端末には保存されません。

第4条(利用目的)

当社は、取得した情報を、次の目的の範囲で利用します。

• お問い合わせへの回答および対応のため(外国語によるお問い合わせの内容を日本語に翻訳することを含みます)
• 当社サービスに関するお問い合わせ・不具合のご連絡を、当社サービスの不具合対応および改善に役立てるため
• 当社サービスのアカウントにおけるメールアドレスの確認、ログインの確認、パスワードの再設定等の手続のため
• 本サイトの運営、保守および改善のため
• 迷惑投稿、不正アクセス、不正利用の防止および本サイトの安全な運営のため
• 当社事業に関するご案内のため(ご本人の同意を得た場合に限ります)
• 法令の遵守ならびに当社および第三者の権利・財産・安全の保護のため

第5条(外部サービスの利用および委託先)

当社は、本サイトの運営のため、次の外部サービスを利用し、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で個人データの取扱いを委託しています。

• Netlify, Inc.(アメリカ合衆国): 本サイトのホスティング、お問い合わせフォームの受信・保存、お問い合わせを当社の通知・管理の仕組みへ中継する処理。取り扱う情報: お問い合わせフォームの全項目(添付画像を含みます)、アクセスログ情報。
• Automattic Inc.(アメリカ合衆国): Netlify が迷惑投稿の判定に利用するサービス(Akismet)。取り扱う情報: お問い合わせフォームの送信内容および送信元の情報。
• Google LLC(アメリカ合衆国): (1) Google Apps Script および Gmail(Google Workspace)による、当社担当者へのお問い合わせ通知メールの作成・送信・受信。取り扱う情報: 氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ種別、お問い合わせ内容、添付画像の保存先 URL。 (2) AI サービス(Gemini API)による、お問い合わせ内容の言語判定および日本語への翻訳。取り扱う情報: お問い合わせ内容の本文(氏名・メールアドレスは送信しません)。当社は Gemini API を無料枠で利用しており、同社の利用規約上、翻訳のために送信したお問い合わせ内容の本文は、同社がサービスの提供および改善のために利用することがあります。 (3) Google Fonts による文字(フォント)の配信。ページの表示時に、お使いのブラウザから IP アドレス、ブラウザの種類、参照元等が Google LLC に送信されます。
• Supabase(サーバーは日本国内・東京リージョン): 当社サービスの認証・データベース基盤。お問い合わせの内容(氏名、メールアドレス、種別、本文、添付画像の保存先 URL)を、当社サービスの管理画面で対応・集計するために保存します。また、確認ページ(/auth/)における認証の処理を行います。

添付画像は、画像であることを当社の仕組みで確認できたものに限り、その保存先 URL を通知メールおよび管理画面へ送ります。画像でないファイルは、通知メールおよび管理画面には送らず、Netlify にのみ保存されます。各外部サービスにおける情報の取扱いは、当社との契約および各事業者の定めによります。

第6条(第三者提供)

当社は、次の場合を除き、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく、個人データを第三者に提供しません。

• 法令に基づく場合
• 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
• 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要があり、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
• 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合
• 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って提供される場合
• 前条の委託先に、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で取扱いを委託する場合(この場合、当社は委託先に対して必要かつ適切な監督を行います)

第7条(外国にある第三者への提供)

第5条の委託先のうち、Netlify, Inc.、Automattic Inc. および Google LLC は、アメリカ合衆国に所在する事業者です。これらの利用に伴い、個人データがアメリカ合衆国その他の外国にあるサーバーに保存され、または外国において取り扱われることがあります。なお、当社サービスのデータベース(Supabase)のサーバーは日本国内(東京リージョン)に所在します。

アメリカ合衆国には、連邦レベルで個人情報の保護を包括的に定める法律はなく、分野ごとの連邦法および州法(カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法等)により個人情報が保護されています。各国の個人情報の保護に関する制度については、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイトに掲載されている情報をご参照ください。

当社は、外国にある第三者に個人データの取扱いを委託するにあたり、個人情報保護法第28条その他の関係法令に従い、当該第三者による適正な取扱いを確保するために必要な措置を講じます。ご本人の求めがあった場合は、当該措置に関する情報を、法令に従い提供します。

第8条(Cookie・ローカルストレージ等の利用)

本サイトは、言語設定、言語のご案内表示を閉じた記録および Cookie 等に関する同意状況を記憶するため、ブラウザの localStorage を利用します。また、表示を速くし、通信が不安定なときにも閲覧できるようにするため、Service Worker によりページ・画像をお使いのブラウザにキャッシュします。

現時点で、当社は本サイトにおいて Cookie を設定しておらず、アクセス解析ツールおよび広告配信ツールも導入していません。将来これらを導入する場合は、本ポリシーおよびクッキーポリシーを改定のうえ、分析目的のものについては利用者の同意を得た場合にのみ起動します。ブラウザの設定により保存を拒否し、または削除することができますが、その場合、本サイトの一部の機能が利用できないことがあります。詳細はクッキーポリシーをご参照ください。

第9条(安全管理措置)

当社は、取り扱う個人データの漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、次の措置を含む必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

• 組織的安全管理措置: 個人情報保護管理者を置き、個人データの取扱いの責任を明確にしています。
• 人的安全管理措置: 個人データを取り扱う従業者に対し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
• 技術的安全管理措置: 本サイトの全通信の暗号化(HTTPS・HSTS)、お問い合わせの通知経路における認証(合言葉による照合)、通知・管理画面の閲覧者の限定、処理記録(ログ)に氏名・お問い合わせ内容を残さない設計、画像でない添付ファイルを通知先に送らない設計、迷惑投稿の自動判定等を行います。
• 外的環境の把握: 個人データを外国において取り扱う場合は、第7条のとおり、当該外国の個人情報の保護に関する制度を把握したうえで安全管理措置を講じます。

第10条(保存期間)

当社は、取得した個人データを利用目的の達成に必要な期間保存し、利用する必要がなくなったときは、遅滞なく消去するよう努めます。お問い合わせの内容(Netlify Forms、Gmail および Supabase に保存されたもの)は、お問い合わせへの対応が完了した日から1年間保存した後、削除します。ご本人からの削除のご請求には、第11条に従い対応します。

第11条(開示・訂正・利用停止等のご請求)

ご本人またはその代理人から、保有個人データの利用目的の通知、開示(第三者提供記録の開示を含みます)、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止・消去または第三者への提供の停止のご請求があった場合、当社は、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。ご請求は、第14条の窓口までご連絡ください。

第12条(本ポリシーの変更)

当社は、法令の改正、本サイトの機能の変更その他必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、本サイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第13条(言語)

本ポリシーは日本語を正文とします。参考のために英語その他の言語による翻訳版を掲載する場合において、日本語版と翻訳版との間に齟齬があるときは、日本語版が優先します。

第14条(お問い合わせ・苦情の窓口)

本ポリシーに関するご質問、個人情報の取扱いに関するご請求・苦情は、お問い合わせフォームより、お問い合わせ内容に「プライバシーポリシーに関するお問い合わせ」とご記載のうえご連絡ください。

PAAN Co., Ltd. (the "Company") sets out this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") on the handling of personal information and user information on its corporate website https://www.paan.co.jp (the "Site"), in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (the "APPI") and other applicable laws and regulations.

Article 1 (Company information)

Article 2 (Scope)

This Policy applies to the handling of information on the Site, including the verification pages under /auth/ that are opened from authentication emails sent by the Company's apps.

Information in MENU-PAAN, RESTO-PAAN and the Company's other services (the "Services") is handled under the Privacy and Data Policy common to the Services (the same document is also published for RESTO-PAAN).

Article 3 (Information we collect)

In operating the Site, the Company may collect the following information.

• Information you provide through the contact form: name, email address, enquiry type, message, attached image (optional) and the date and time of submission.
• Access log information recorded on the servers of the Site's hosting provider: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access, pages viewed, referrer, etc.
• Information stored in your browser: language setting, a record that you have closed the language suggestion banner and your consent status regarding cookies, etc. (all stored in localStorage), as well as a cache of pages and images for offline viewing (by a Service Worker). These remain on your device and are not sent to the Company's servers.
• Information handled on the verification pages (/auth/): the verification string contained in the link of an authentication email for the Services, and a new password entered when resetting your password. These are sent directly to the authentication platform of the Services (Supabase) and are not stored on the Site's servers or on your device.

Article 4 (Purposes of use)

The Company uses the information it collects for the following purposes.

• To answer and handle enquiries (including translating enquiries written in other languages into Japanese)
• To use enquiries and bug reports concerning the Services to fix problems in and improve the Services
• To carry out procedures for accounts of the Services, such as confirming an email address, confirming a sign-in and resetting a password
• To operate, maintain and improve the Site
• To prevent spam, unauthorised access and misuse, and to keep the Site secure
• To inform you about the Company's business (only with your consent)
• To comply with laws and regulations and to protect the rights, property and safety of the Company and third parties

Article 5 (External services and service providers)

To operate the Site, the Company uses the following external services and entrusts them with the handling of personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.

• Netlify, Inc. (United States): hosting of the Site, receipt and storage of contact form submissions, and relaying enquiries to the Company's notification and management systems. Information handled: all items of the contact form (including attached images) and access log information.
• Automattic Inc. (United States): Akismet, a service used by Netlify to detect spam. Information handled: the content of contact form submissions and information about the sender.
• Google LLC (United States): (1) creating, sending and receiving enquiry notification emails to the Company's staff with Google Apps Script and Gmail (Google Workspace). Information handled: name, email address, enquiry type, message and the storage URL of an attached image; (2) detecting the language of the message and translating it into Japanese with an AI service (Gemini API). Information handled: the message text only (your name and email address are not sent). The Company uses the Gemini API under its free tier; under Google's terms for the free tier, the message text sent for translation may be used by Google to provide and improve its services; (3) delivering web fonts through Google Fonts. When a page is displayed, your browser sends your IP address, browser type, referrer, etc. to Google LLC.
• Supabase (servers in Japan, Tokyo region): the authentication and database platform of the Services. It stores the content of enquiries (name, email address, enquiry type, message and the storage URL of an attached image) so that the Company can handle and review them in the Services' administration screen. It also processes authentication on the verification pages (/auth/).

The storage URL of an attachment is sent to the notification email and the administration screen only when the Company's systems have confirmed that the file is an image. Files that are not images are not sent to the notification email or the administration screen and are stored only with Netlify. Each external service handles information under its agreement with the Company and its own terms.

Article 6 (Provision to third parties)

The Company does not provide personal data to third parties without your prior consent, except in the following cases.

• Where required by law
• Where necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent
• Where especially necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain your consent
• Where necessary to cooperate with a national or local government body, or a person entrusted by one, in performing duties prescribed by law
• Where provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons
• Where the handling is entrusted to the service providers in Article 5 to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use (in which case the Company supervises them necessarily and appropriately)

Article 7 (Provision to third parties in foreign countries)

Among the service providers in Article 5, Netlify, Inc., Automattic Inc. and Google LLC are located in the United States. As a result of using them, personal data may be stored on servers in, or handled in, the United States or other foreign countries. The database of the Services (Supabase) is located in Japan (Tokyo region).

The United States has no comprehensive federal law on the protection of personal information; personal information is protected by sector-specific federal laws and by state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). For information on the personal information protection systems of each country, please refer to the information published on the website of the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.

When entrusting the handling of personal data to third parties in foreign countries, the Company takes the measures necessary to ensure its proper handling by those third parties in accordance with Article 28 of the APPI and other applicable laws. On your request, the Company will provide information on those measures in accordance with the law.

Article 8 (Cookies, localStorage, etc.)

The Site uses your browser's localStorage to remember your language setting, a record that you have closed the language suggestion banner and your consent status regarding cookies, etc. To display pages faster and to allow viewing when the connection is unstable, the Site also caches pages and images in your browser through a Service Worker.

At present, the Company does not set cookies on the Site and does not use any analytics or advertising tools. If the Company introduces them in the future, it will revise this Policy and the Cookie Policy, and will activate analytics tools only with your consent. You can refuse or delete such storage in your browser settings, but some functions of the Site may then not be available. For details, please see the Cookie Policy.

Article 9 (Security measures)

The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the personal data it handles and otherwise to manage it securely, including the following.

• Organisational measures: a personal information protection manager has been appointed and responsibility for handling personal data is clearly defined.
• Human measures: employees who handle personal data are supervised necessarily and appropriately.
• Technical measures: encryption of all communication on the Site (HTTPS and HSTS), authentication (shared-secret verification) on the enquiry notification route, restriction of who can view notifications and the administration screen, processing logs that do not record names or message content, not sending non-image attachments to notification recipients, and automatic spam detection.
• Understanding the external environment: where personal data is handled in a foreign country, the Company takes security measures after understanding that country's personal information protection system, as described in Article 7.

Article 10 (Retention period)

The Company retains personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use and endeavours to erase it without delay once it is no longer needed. Enquiries (as stored in Netlify Forms, Gmail and Supabase) are kept for one year after the enquiry has been handled and are then deleted. Requests for deletion are handled in accordance with Article 11.

Article 11 (Requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc.)

If you or your agent request notification of the purposes of use, disclosure (including disclosure of records of provision to third parties), correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use or erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of retained personal data, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the law after confirming your identity. Please send requests to the contact point in Article 14.

Article 12 (Changes to this Policy)

The Company may change this Policy in response to changes in laws, changes in the functions of the Site or as otherwise necessary. The revised Policy takes effect when it is published on the Site.

Article 13 (Language)

This Policy is written in Japanese, which is the authoritative text. Where translations into English or other languages are published for reference, the Japanese version prevails in case of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and a translation.

Article 14 (Contact point for enquiries and complaints)

For questions about this Policy and for requests or complaints about the handling of personal information, please use the contact form and state "Enquiry regarding the Privacy Policy" in your message.
